Jessica Cartigiano
Jessica brings more than two decades of operations experience to every business she touches, and a rare ability to see exactly what needs to be built before anyone else knows it is missing.
Her career began in the high-stakes environment of a New York City criminal defense firm, where she developed the legal precision, attention to detail, and composure under pressure that have defined her professional life ever since. In 2006 she made the leap into commercial real estate development and management, spending a decade overseeing buildings, serving hundreds of clients, and building the operational systems that kept complex organizations running.
When she transitioned into residential real estate in 2016, she brought that same standard with her. As Director of Operations and Lead Listing Negotiator for a high-producing team in Pennsylvania, she managed every listing from market-ready to closed, presenting and negotiating all contract terms on behalf of the team's top producers. Across her career she has supported hundreds of transactions and counting, bringing the same level of excellence to every file that she brought to the negotiating table.
She founded Northern Lights Operations Co. because she saw a gap no one was filling: agents and teams who were exceptional at selling but drowning in the administrative weight of running a business. NLO exists to become the operational infrastructure that serious real estate professionals build their businesses on.
She is known for her integrity, her ability to find a path forward regardless of how difficult the situation, and her belief that the details are never small. Whatever she takes on, she takes on completely.

Gabrielle Ortiz
Known to everyone she works with as Gabby, she has spent her career doing one thing exceptionally well: building the systems that make great real estate businesses run.
With more than six years of experience in real estate operations and over 2,000 transactions coordinated and supported, Gabby brings a depth of hands-on expertise that is rare in this industry. She has served agents and teams across a wide range of brokerages and business models, giving her firsthand experience with diverse transaction processes and operational environments. As both a Transaction Coordinator and Team Lead, she has managed high transaction volume, trained and mentored team members, and built the SOPs and workflows that create consistency at scale.
Gabby's greatest strength is her ability to look at a business and immediately identify where the inefficiencies are and what needs to be built to fix them. She approaches every transaction, every process, and every client relationship with the same word in mind: intentional. Agents who work with her know they can trust her to stay ahead of deadlines, anticipate issues before they become problems, and keep every party informed throughout the process.
Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, Gabby relocated to Saint Petersburg, Florida in 2023. She is experienced in Dotloop, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and a variety of CRM and transaction management platforms.
She does not see herself as someone who manages paperwork. She sees herself as an extension of every agent's team.

Northern Lights Operations Co. was not built by accident.
Jessica and Gabby came together after more than a year of working alongside each other, watching the same problem play out across the industry: agents who were exceptional at their craft but spending too much of their time and energy on the administrative weight of running a business. The solution seemed obvious. What was not obvious was finding someone worth building it with.
What they found in each other was something harder to come by than skill or experience. They found shared values, a matching standard of excellence, and a work ethic that neither was willing to compromise. Jessica brings the vision, the legal precision, and the executive experience of someone who has built and managed complex operations for two decades. Gabby brings the systems, the workflows, and the hands-on transaction expertise of someone who has coordinated over 2,000 closings and built the processes that make businesses scalable.
Together they built Northern Lights Operations Co. to be something the industry does not yet have: a true operational partner for real estate professionals who are serious about growth. Not a vendor. Not a service. A foundation.
